FAQ

How does it work?

We handle your trademark application from start to finish, with all filing done by an experienced attorney. We email a questionnaire that you return with your payment. We contact you we any questions, then file the application with the USPTO. We monitor the application and contact you with any updates. You receive a certificate of registration once the application is approved.

What are your fees?

We offer flat fee pricing for many trademark applications to keep the process straightforward and affordable. Federal applications start at $995 plus the USPTO filing fee. Unforeseen issues can arise that require us to do additional work. If that happens, we discuss the issue with you first and you decide if you want to incur additional fees.

How long does registration take?

Trademark registration typically takes several months, depending on the USPTO's review process and any office actions.

Who files my application?

All applications are prepared and filed by a licensed attorney.

Can I check my status?

Yes, we'll keep you updated and guide you on how to track your application's progress.

What if my application gets rejected?

If the USPTO issues an office action, we evaluate the office action and discuss the response with you. Some responses to office actions are simple, others are more complicated. You decide if you want to proceed with registration after we explain the law to you.
